Earnings may be withheld or recovered, and penalties include 250% of any fine issued by platforms. Accounts may be suspended and payments withheld until claims are resolved.

  • You are fully responsible for ensuring that all submitted tracks comply with copyright laws and platform rules. You must own all rights or have proper licenses, including written consent from all contributors. Inkk Wave may remove any infringing, plagiarized, offensive, or non-compliant content. All fees are non- refundable, and you remain liable for all legal claims.



  • By submitting your release, you grant Inkk Wave a non-exclusive worldwide license to distribute and monetize your content, and you authorize us to exclusively administer the sound recordings and musical compositions you submit.



Sound Recording Rights & Publisher's Share:

  • We may act as the Rights Owner to collect all master royalties, including digital performance royalties.
  • You assign us administration rights to collect the Publisher's Share of performance and mechanical royalties. 
  • You retain your writer's share & featured artist royalties.



  • We may update these Terms at any time. Updates are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms. All fees are non- refundable.

  • Services are provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted operation or earnings. Inkk Wave is not liable for downtime, data loss, hardware issues, or internet problems. If liability is found, compensation is limited to fees paid in the last twelve months.

  • All content must comply with legal and platform-specific guidelines. You are solely responsible for securing all required rights and permissions.


  • You agree to indemnify Inkk Wave against all claims arising from rights violations, fraudulent activity, or breaches of these Terms
